Salon Policies
ARRIVAL & PUNCTUALITY
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time for check-in and preparation. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their service shortened, rescheduled, or canceled when the remaining appointment time is no longer sufficient.
Health & Safety
We maintain professional sanitation practices between clients and throughout the studio. Clients should reschedule when experiencing symptoms of a contagious illness.
Guest Policy
To maintain a calm and focused environment, please do not bring additional guests or children unless they are the person receiving the service.
Appointments & Deposits

Booking Deposit
A non-refundable deposit is required for new-client appointments and select premium services. The deposit is applied toward the final service total on the appointment date.

Cancellation Policy
Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice when canceling or rescheduling. Late cancellations may result in the loss of the deposit and may require a new deposit before another appointment can be reserved.

No-Show Policy
Missed appointments without notice may result in the loss of the deposit, additional booking restrictions, or prepayment requirements for future appointments.
